Navel Piercing:  

Try to spray every time you touch your piercing and after showering. Getting the silver solution inside will speed healing.

Tongue Piercing:

Spray  every time you eat, drink, smoke, kiss, or put anything else in your mouth besides water. Spray top and bottom of your tongue and swish silver solution around your mouth and swallow.

Lip Piercing: 

Spray inside and outside often. Be sure to spray when you rotate the jewelry.

Ear Piercing:

Spray lobe or cartilage area as often as possible.  Soaking a gauze pad in silver and holding on  affected area  for a longer time will be more effective.

Nose Piercing:  

Spray outside and inside often. Soaking a q-tip in silver and pressing on piercing works.

With all piercings, keep your fingers off except to clean piercing.
